Field Report

For this Field Report, I ventured to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend SHOT Show located within the Sands Expo Center.

What is SHOT Show?
Shot Show, held in January of each year, is an outdoors industry lead convention with various companies displaying their products and services, as well conversing with each other, creating new business or continuing their current relationship.

The show starts on a Monday, aka Range Day, and continues till the following Friday when most people are just ready to get home. My time at SHOT started on Wednesday, and went till the end of the day Friday. My time was spent walking close to 20 miles between the hundreds of booths, meeting old friends, and making new, looking at new products, getting my hands on older products that I have not been able to see in person, and discussing a few new projects that will publish later here on Pack Config.

Within the photos I wanted to showcase some of what our readers enjoy using within an urban setting, or in the outdoors. You’ll see some new products, as well some old, or products that may have had an updated color, or feature added. So enjoy the photos and keep an eye out for additional sub-articles focusing on a few pack companies that will be debuting new products this year. #ComingSoon!
