Loadout: GR2 – JEDBURGH 005
A little while ago I designed a patch (above) for a bunch of guys taking on the Jedburgh GORUCK Challenge. John, who commissioned the patch, sent me some shots of his ruck from the event…

John used a GR2 ruck and here’s what he said about his pouch config:
“The two pouches at the bottom of the bag (right hand side) are GR2 Field Pockets. The black pouch in the middle is a GR2 shadow pocket, and the top pouch (left) is a GR1 shadow pocket. Different color and structure pouches make finding items easy and easy to give instructions when sending someone to get something from the pack.”
Editor: Attached to the outside appears to be one of the relatively new pocket designs being offered by GORUCK, the Full Panel Water Bottle Pocket.
