Here is Johnny’s general day to day carry, and what sits next to him in the work car on call.
- Camelbak Mule
- Raybans for the sun with an extra hair band thrown in
- Length of daisy chained paracord this way it doesn’t tangle
- Bandana
- Wallet / card holder
- Pocket pry tool / bottle opener / box opener : with a few titanium beads and a lanyard
- Hero Clip mini – normally attached to pocket tool
- Spare bottle of hand sanitizer
- Surgical tape – you can NEVER have enough
- Rescue / work gloves
- Neoprene case for personal obs kit – this sits nicely in the bladder compartment of the pack and keeps it easy to access
- Littmann 3100 electronic stethoscope – this thing is amazing for hearing breath sound through clothing, in flight, noisy incidents totally worth the money

- SAK MiniChamp in Alox – really useful little tool
- Nite Core Tiki LE version – amazing little light
Not pictured: (because I forgot to take it out then packed everything away like an idiot)
- Pencil case with pens sharpies, zip ties plus a few other bits as well as a Petzl headlamp, iPhone neoprene case, Phone charger,
- Ampoule holder with 25 mini chemlights (my own repurposed item with the idea pinched for a military product. The lights are perfect for marking routes through woodland, clearing rooms building or vehicles, or even using for marking certain patients in MCI)
- Also not pictured work ID and laminated sheets of paper for note taking at scenes in the weather rain etc.
